I'm Kevin Espiñeira, a Platform Engineer / SRE based in Spain. I design, build and run cloud platforms, mostly on AWS and Kubernetes.

Reliability and observability shape how I work: dashboards in Grafana and CloudWatch, OpenTelemetry, SLOs and error budgets, and runbooks people can actually follow. I also keep an eye on cost, because a platform that is fast but too expensive isn't finished.

These days I'm studying how AI models are served: GPUs, batching, memory and the engines that tie it together. I'm writing it up as a study path for anyone coming from infrastructure who wants to learn the same thing.

Outside work I build small tools, mostly in Go and TypeScript, for problems I run into myself. I write in English and Spanish.
